Actor and Filmmaker Megan Corse asked Phil Circle how to get the rights to a song she wanted for her film. When Phil told her that it would be cheaper to buy the rights to cover the song, she asked him to do it. This soundtrack by Phil Circle for the film, I Promise You, was born in that moment. Megan wrote, produced, starred in and directed this beautiful short. She won Best Director for it.
